When do you take out the insurance?

If you decide to take out ticket refund insurance, please wait until you have received the booking confirmation from us. There are deadlines that you must adhere to.

Examples:

• If there are more than 30 days between the time we send you the booking confirmation for the event and the start of the event, you must take out the insurance at least 30 days before the date of the event.
• However, if there are less than 31 days between receiving our booking confirmation and the start of the event, you must take out the insurance within three working days of the day on which you made the booking for the event.
